Will my order be automatically be ready for collection on date selected
Unfortunately, I work alone at the moment and sometimes I miss automatic emails created from website orders. As a failsafe – you have to receive a formal quote or invoice confirming you order. If you have not received the quote/invoice from Mrs. Jones Cakes, please contact me on 083 263 7497.
Do you cater for allergens?
Please be advised that while every effort is made to accommodate food allergies, Mrs. Jones Cakes cannot guarantee that any of our products are free from allergens. We use ingredients that may come in contact with allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, and others. Customers with food allergies should exercise caution and are encouraged to make inquiries prior to ordering.

Do you make custom figurine cakes and/or wedding cakes?
Currently I do not make custom figurines or wedding cakes.
You are more than welcome to provide figurines, fruit, sweets, fresh flowers or anything else you would like to add to your cake.
Size of Cakes
Cakes available for selection on website are all single tier cakes.
The size of the cake is the diameter of the cake – 15cm, 20cm, 25cm or 30cm.
Each cake can consist of two or three layers of cake – you can select two or three cake layers. Each cake layer is about 3cm high. For example, if you order a two-layer cake, the height of you cake will be minimum 6cm because added height will be added with filling and topping. A three-layer cake will then be minimum 9cm with height of two layers filling and topping adding to final height.
